La Roastery è un vero e proprio omaggio alla città di Milano per volontà del fondatore Howard Schultz il quale esattamente 35 anni fa, proprio dopo un viaggio a Milano, decise di dare vita al fenomeno Starbucks in tutto il resto del mondo.
Nella Starbucks Reserve di Piazza Cordusio non troverete però il famoso Frappuccino o il dolcissimo Caramel Macchiato, bensì trenta caffè provenienti da tutto il mondo i cui chicchi di Arabica vengono tostati direttamente nella tostatrice Scolari posta nel cuore dello store.
Oltre a degustare qualità di caffè provenienti da diverse zone del mondo, potrete sorprendervi ammirando i molteplici modi di estrazione del caffè: dal metodo quasi scientifico del Siphon, al filtraggio sottovuoto del Clower Brewed e molti altri effetti “speciali”.
Nei 2300 metri quadri di questo splendido Starbucks oltre alla torrefazione e al bar, potrete trovare uno spazio per fare l’aperitivo e degustare le prelibatezze del forno Princi.

By the way, within the Starbucks Reserve in Piazza Cordusio you won’t find the famous Frappuccino or the sweetest Caramel Macchiato, but thirty types of coffee coming from the whole world, and their Arabica beans are toasted directly into the Scolari roaster placed in the heart of the store.
Besides tasting different coffee varieties coming from different areas of the world, you can admire the numerous ways to extract coffee: from the almost scientific Siphon, to the vacuum-sealed filtering of Clower Brewed and many other “special effects”.
In the 2300 square meters of this splendid Starbucks, in addition to the roastery and the bar, you can find a space where you can have a happy hour and taste the delicacies of Princi.
