Check in

The apartments are situated in different districts of the city with no reception.
Our staff will welcome you, on appointment, at the address of the apartment from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Please inform Brera Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time, in order to organize your check-in and the handoverof your keys.


Night Call

Our Customer Care team is always here for you, available every day from 9AM to 10PM, ready to assist you with care and professionalism. For any emergencies, we are here for you until midnight. We are happy to help.


Concierge

Our staff is pleased to recommend the best restaurants and most exclusive bar/lounges in the city. You can also receive recommendations on must-see attractions and assistance with purchasing tickets to shows and events. We also rely on a convenient and punctual external laundry service. For further details on costs and service, ask our reception staff.


Ideal for Families

Our apartments are designed for families with children. Additional amenities such as cribs, high chairs, changing tables and children’s utensils are available upon request, with an additional fee.


Transfer

We can arrange private transfers, upon request, to and from airports or other locations of interest, thanks to our collaboration with specialized and professional car service companies.


Luggage storage

A free luggage storage is available at our office in Via dell’Annunciata, 23/1 (daily from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm).


Housekeeping


Each apartment is equipped with all the comforts of the best hotels: fine bed linen and towels and a well-stocked courtesy set with selected products.

Cleaning service and linen change are carried out on request and for a fee.
