The first Milanese diffuse hotel, Brera Apartments, pioneer of short term rentals in the heart of the Lombardy capital, has been acquired by Florentine company Etesian S.p.A., one of the most well-known and high performing companies in the vacation rental panorama.
With more than properties managed in the heart of Florence – among the top three favourite Italian cities of tourists in 2023 – Etesian has become, in just over ten years since its founding, a reference point for the management of tourism apartments, moving from property management consultant to the direct service provider to owners through the Mamo Florence brand.
With numbers that have never spoken more eloquently – more than 40,000 nights sold and 60,000 tourists welcomed and hosted in the structures of the group at the end of last year – Etesian S.p.A., which closed 2023 with turnover of 7.4 million euros, pursues the already well-initiated growth strategy aiming to manage, with the purchase of Brera Apartments, almost 300 homes in the cities of Florence and Milan.
Thoroughness, transparency and enhancements of the properties are just some of the corporate values shared by the Tuscan and Lombardy groups: both have transformed the concepts of short term rentals into a true, tailor-made “stay experience”.
With the acquisition of Brera Apartments and the increase of its expertise and portfolio, Etesian S.p.A. – guided by Alvise Vigilante, CEO of the group – is committed to the consolidation of this mission.
It does this with a team with proven experience and holistic approach, able to integrate property management with tourism hospitality. To offer guests, as well as owners of rental properties, treatment that is more complete, customised and satisfying in two cities that are symbols of the Italian spirit throughout the world: Milan and Florence.
